Those of us who travel a lot need to stop frequently to stretch our legs and back.

I drive rental cars, in my business, and I find that most do not give me the back support I need. Specifically designed back wedges or back support travel pillows give me the needed back support for those long trips. I make less stops and I am more refreshed when I get to my destination.

There are good solutions for this issue thanks to a system which has an active effect on the shoulder joint and  comprises of elastic shoulder  support, straps and a shaped insert which can be positioned, as required.

For Trigger Point therapy to be effective, you must be able to relax the muscles you are trying to treat.

Other products are hand held devices. Using arm powered tools requires arm and hand strength, which minimizes the effectiveness and duration of the therapy.

The Pressure Point Tool relies On Leg Power to provide the firm pressure needed without tiring sore and painful upper body muscles.

Leg Power also allows the target muscles to be relaxed during treatment, allowing extended treatment duration and maximizing effectiveness.

Shoulder, neck and back pain creates stress and discomfort for many of us. A good way to relieve stress in the neck, shoulder and back area is to carefully stretch out that area.

If you have neck pain, look at your pillow. Most traditional pillows  do not provide the Neck Support that we really need. A safe and effective solution may be to add a supportive neck roll to your  head pillow.
